I now understand that anxiety is a natural response of the body to abnormal childhood experiences\u2014experiences that are often overlooked, both by professionals and individuals. The cards of my life were completely reshuffled when the right trigger demanded an inevitable glimpse into my subconscious. Opening the hidden parts of my repressed shadow is a deep and slow process, and the realisations buried in its depths are almost unimaginable. Who am I without anxiety and trauma?<\/strong>
Do I even know how to exist without them?<\/strong><\/p>

When the illusion of one\u2019s identity shatters, a painful questioning of the true self begins.<\/p>

But certainly when you surrender to the Higher Power and to your own intuition.<\/p>

Now, I understand my tree of life\u2014the connection between the earthly and the cosmic.<\/p>

And I know that I can illuminate the path for traumatised souls only if I unconditionally accept myself.<\/p>
