In the pleasant atmosphere of the library, we talked about struggles with anxiety, suppressed trauma, and burnout, as well as about the creation of two intimate books addressing the pressing issues of modern times. We also discussed how mental health should no longer be a taboo or a sign of weakness, but finally deserve its place in the understanding of individuals, professionals, and society. That we all have the right to be vulnerable, to ask for help and empathy, to receive it in time, and to be accepted in society as strong people who endure experiences that many would find unimaginable.
